Job description

Your new role: 

  • Transaction entries, A/P, A/R

  • Intercompany charges with complete supporting document

  • Maintain full-set, stand-alone accounts of companies managed by Singapore office in accurate and structured manner, with proper and complete schedules

  • Including month-end and year-end processes

  • Process payments and entry to internet banking system

  • Ensure financial records/schedules are maintained in compliance with company’s acceptable policies and procedures (including filing, scanning, etc)

  • Assist with external audit process

  • Prepare tax schedules

  • Prepare GST calculations for quarterly reporting

  • Administer travel claims and reports including corporate cards

  • Any other ad hoc when required

What you'll need: 

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or its equivalent 

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance position 

  • General knowledge on Accounting cycle and Accounts Payable & Receivables processes are a must.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles

  • Comfortable using MS Excel

  • Experienced with accounting software

  • Experienced with ebanking process

  • Good communication skills

  • Fast learner and adaptive
