Accounts Payable Executive | Singapore West |

Job description

​Your new company would be a global MNC who specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of marine lubricants, and they are currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Executive.

​

Your core duties will include:

• Handling the full spectrum of accounts payable function, including but not limited to processing invoices and liaising with supplies and vendors

• You will also need to perform cash management duties, including monitoring of cash flow and reconciling of bank statements

• You will need to prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, including reconciliations

• You will support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

What you’ll need to succeed:

• You will need at least 3 years of relevant working experience within a similar function and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or its equivalent

• You will also need to possess a solid understanding of the accounts payable processes and be proficient in using accounting softwares such as SAP

• You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft office functions
