Job Type:6-Month Contract
Working Hours:5 Days (Office Hours)

Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accurate information.
Provide information about products and services.
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
