About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
