Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and company culture.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer stage.
Build strong candidate and client relationships through regular communication.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or client service (agency experience a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
