Job description
Working hours: 4.5 days a week, 2 weekdays and 2 weekends, 0.5 day - morning or afternoon shift)
Location: Kallang
Salary: S$2,300 - S$2,500 + $250 Allowance
Duties
Process daily orders and other transactions for customers at the counters
Handle cash and E-payments accurately
Provide daily cash reconciliation and ensure no discrepancy; deposit cash to the bank
Handle customers’ queries and complaints, and ensure prompt follow-up closure
Replenish daily stock on the shelves and reconcile the inventory list to ensure no discrepancy
Involve in the monthly stock take and the daily stock receiving at the shop
Provide basic product information and guidance on the use of e-platforms to ABO and customers
Monitor and ensure promotion displays, digital signages, equipment, etc. within the shop are in good condition
Requirement
Min 1 year of retail experience
Well-groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of POS system or AS400 system (OMS, IMS) will be a plus
Able to start immediately or with short notice
