Job description
Our client is the WORLD'S LEADING LOGISTIC SERVICE PROVIDER with present across 2500 locations over the last 50 years is currently recruiting TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE (1 YEAR CONTRACT) to be part of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment activities including job briefing, sourcing, scheduling interviewing, generating offer letters.
Perform onboarding for all employee and maintain data quality for onboarding tool.
Perform background verification, reference checks for successful hires and coordinate with external vendor partners.
Manage and maintain professional relationships with external recruitment partners, universities and other industry organizations to ensure consistent flow of talent for current and future needs.
Ensure data quality of hiring in tracking system and to make sure all the hiring go thru TA process documents.
Responsible for coordinating in house visa and immigration services for new hires and existing employees
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any relevant fields.
Proficient in MS Office, especially excel is preferred.
