With strong growing plans for the years ahead, we are seeking achievement-focused individuals to join as Recruitment Team Lead and build the team to another level.

As a team leader in our expansionary program, you will be charged with engaging new and existing clients, partnering with them to shape their staffing strategy, developing recommendations to close deals, and ensuring delivery with a dynamic team of recruitment consultants.

To be successful, you should have recruitment experience and be passionate about driving sales strategy and achieving targets. As the leader of a team, you need strong leadership calibre to develop your team's strengths and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets every quarter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets

• Establish new business relationships and serve existing clientele

• Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants

• Mentor and drive team development through appropriate coaching and managerial processes.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 5 years and above of experience in the recruitment industry is required.

• Proven track record of success in recruitment sales.

• Exposure in specialized industry recruitment sales or any related sales will be advantages.
