Who should I refer?
You can refer anyone that is open to permanent, temporary or contract roles. No age, gender or language limitations. View jobs CHTR is currently hiring for, click here.
Who can participate in this program?
Anyone can refer a friend and be eligible to earn rewards. You do not need to be a part of CHTR's existing candidate network to participate.
How can I refer my friends and what constitutes a successful referral?
Submit your details, plus the details of your referred candidate in the form above.
A successful referral is defined as a candidate who is successfully shortlisted and has gone for a job interview and meets the eligibility criteria outlined in the program terms & conditions.
Will I be notified about my progress and successful referrals in the program?
The top 10 referrers (maximum number of successful referrals) will be notified weekly on their progress. Unfortunately, if you are not in the top 10, you will not receive an update.
What are the eligibility criteria for receiving the prizes?
If your referred candidate is successfully shortlisted and has gone for a job interview in an available role by 31 October 2024, you will be eligible to win.
The Top 10 referers will win exciting prizes worth upto $250. To qualify for Top 10, you must have minimum 15 successful referrals.
